5 Works great!
We bought this extension to get 100% transactions in GA as we have had almost 30% our transactions missing in Google Analytics. This extension was quite easy to install, we had few doubts related to configuration but this was answered straight away by the extension developer. We are using this on Magento version 2.3.5-p1 and it works well. We are quite chuffed to see all the transactions coming through in our GA now.

Product description

Magento 2 Sync Missing Google Analytics Transactions

Compatible with Magento 2 community and enterprise 2.3.3 - 2.4.x including cloud edition

Why some of your transactions are missing from Google Analytics?

Have you experienced Google Analytics ecommerce tracking missing transactions? You see your orders in the admin panel but they are not available in Google analytics even though your tracking is working correctly. Transactions can be missing from Analytics due to various reasons such as:-

  • Ad blocker is enabled: - Ad blockers can impede transactions from reaching Analytics.
  • JavaScript is disabled: - By default almost all tracking extensions utilize JavaScript on the client side but if it is disabled then those transactions are not tracked and are also not sent to the Google Analytics.
  • Cookies are turned off
  • Customer left the page before transaction was sent to Google Analytics
  • Payment gateway is not redirecting customers to your order confirmation page
  • Order confirmation page may not load for certain payment methods
  • GDPR extensions can also prevent transactions from reaching Google Analytics

Magento 2 Google Analytics Sync for Missing Transactions extension tracks all missing transactions from Google Analytics and sends them back to Analytics for detailed reporting. All the missing order data in Universal Analytics (UA) and GA4 can be retrieved automatically upon enabling this extension.

Missing Transactions in Google Analytics (UA / GA4):Solved !!

If you are using any third party extension that implements Google Universal Analytic Ecommerce tracking via GTAG, GTM, or Enhanced Ecommerce tracking then you may face the issue of missing orders in Google Analytics due to any of the reasons mentioned above.

As most of the extensions use JavaScript implementation it is difficult to send all data to third parties like Google. As part of this extension we use Google APIs to receive list of successful orders from GA and compare / send missing orders from Magento 2 to GA.
