Records Previous Purchases of Each Customer in Detail

The biggest e-commerce stores tend to store previous purchases for their customers so that they can keep track of what they have purchased and can come back to purchase their favorite products. It’s a great accessibility feature that makes your store more user-friendly while at the same time boosting your conversion rates. Our Magento 2 Previous Purchases extension adds a completely responsive detailed grid in the "My Account" section. The grid contains key details of all the previous purchases made by the customer. Details include the Name of the product, SKU, quantity purchased, order number, last purchase date, Current price of the products, Number of orders, etc. Users can easily navigate around the grid using pagination and selectors.

Customers Can Easily Reorder Products From Their Previous Purchases

The ability to reorder products is quite the popular trend these days. Statistical analysis shows that people are highly likely to purchase the products that they have purchased previously. Having this data stored in the "My Account" section allows users to easily reorder their favorite products without having to navigate through the entire store. It can add great value to the store and increase sales drastically. This extension also adds the "Add to Cart" button around each order in the grid as well as the "Add Selected products to cart" button both at the top and at the bottom. Customers can use the "Add to Cart" button around each order to reorder the product from that previous order. Whereas the buttons at the top and the bottom enable users to add multiple products to the cart directly. They can simply select the products they want to reorder and add them to the cart via this button.

SCENARIO: 1

“A lot of our customers tend to reorder products that they have purchased previously. Currently, our Magento 2 store doesn't have the functionality that allows customers to reorder or preview the previously purchased products. We are looking for an extension that can add a grid in the "My Account’s section" to keep the record of all the previous purchases made by the customer and also enable users to reorder products directly from this grid. Once a customer logs in to their account they should see all the products they have purchased previously under "My Account".”

Our extension will fulfill all the requirements of your store. Whenever a customer logs in to their account they will be able to see a grid containing all the details related to the previous purchases made by them. They simply need to navigate to "My Account" section and from the left menu click on "My Previous Products". The entire grid is easily accessible via pagination that can be used to find previous orders quickly. The users will find an "Add to Cart" button alongside each of the orders, by clicking on that button they can reorder products.

SCENARIO: 2

“Our store needs a feature that allows users to reorder multiple products together that they have purchased previously. The customer should be able to see all the details of the purchases that they made previously under the account. Also, they should be able to order products directly from the list without having to navigate to the product pages again. Does your extension fulfill these requirements?”

The ability to reorder products has proven to be quite effective in terms of sales by the best eCommerce platforms. As a Magento store owner, you should get ahead in the race too. Our extension allows users to reorder previous products by simply selecting multiple products and then adding them to the cart by clicking on the buttons named "Add All Selected to Cart". This button is provided both at the top as well as the bottom of the list for ease of access. Reordering multiple products together is an added and unique functionality that further increases sales.“

SCENARIO:3

“We are running a Magento 2 based ecommerce store. Your extension fulfills the required feature that we have been looking for. However, the previous purchases grid has several columns and we want to hide some of these details from our customers for eg:- last order price. Is there a way to hide specific columns in the previous purchases grid?”

Yes, we have provided a feature in the configuration that can be used to hide several key details in the grid as per your requirement. To hide a specific column or columns login to your admin panel then go to Admin>Stores>configuration>Scommerce Configuration>Previous Products. Next, in the "General settings", you will find a setting named “Hidden Columns” simply select the columns that you want to hide in the "previous products grid" and save the settings. After clearing the caches you should see these columns hidden in the grid. Please refer to the images below:-
