They offer a wide range of products for both domestic and commercial customers, including door handles, hinges, locks, latches, screws, nails, and more. They also provide bespoke services such as cut-to-length, push and kick plates, and sample products.

The Challenge & the Solution

The Challenge: Cookebrothers, a leading provider of architectural hardware, wanted to improve its online presence. They needed a more user-friendly platform for both B2C and B2B customers, with a payment solution for B2B accounts, a full integration with their CRM Sage solutions, and an enhanced customer experience. They teamed up with Scommerce Mage Ltd., a Magento development agency, to solve these problems.

The Solution: We have created a new Magento 2 website for Cookebrothers, with a responsive and modern design that showcases their products and services. We have also optimized the website for speed, performance, and SEO, to ensure a smooth and fast browsing experience for the customers. We have also implemented a B2B module for Cookebrothers, that allows them to offer different pricing, discounts, and payment options for their B2B customers. We have also enabled the on-account payment solution, which allows the B2B customers to pay by invoice or credit limit, rather than by card or PayPal. This gives them more flexibility and convenience in managing their orders and payments. We integrated the website with the CRM Sage solutions, using a custom API connector. This allows Cookebrothers to sync their customer, products, orders, inventory, and invoices between the website and the CRM system, without any manual intervention. This helps them to streamline their business processes, reduce errors, and improve customer service.
