A. No, it will automatically change the order status to cancel.
Q. Will it send a confirmation email?
A. Yes, it will send cancellation confirmation email to both user and store admin.
Q. How can I define custom reasons for cancellation?
A. You can define it from Admin -> Configurations ->Scommerce Configuration-> Cancel Order->Reasons
Q. What if user wants to add their own reason?
A. User will get an option to add their own reason in a text area if they will select "Other" as an option from reasons drop down.
Q. Can I customise the labels, notification message and email template?
A. The labels for button, notification message and email template are easily customisable from configurations.
Q. Where can I see the reason for cancellation?
A. The reason for cancellation will be mentioned in the email notification and can also be viewed from Admin-> Sales-> Order->View Order details-> Comments
Q. Why is the extension not appearing on the frontend?
A. Please double check the installation guide. If you are using a custom theme, you will need to follow the process closely to ensure it appears correctly.
Q. Can we add the number of hours for order cancellation?
A. Yes, there is an option available under Configuration->General->Settings->Number of hours to cancel - 2(set time in hours).
Q. Can we cancel the order from the back-end?
A. Yes, you can cancel from the back-end, Sales->Order->Select Order->View section.
Q. Can we define/create our own reasons for order cancellation from the back-end?
A. Yes, you can.
Q.Can we add notification message for order cancellation to show on the front-end?
A. Yes, you can add from, Admin->Stores->Configuration->Scommerce Configuration->Cancel Order->Notification Message.
Q.Can we cancel the pending order?
A. No, you can't. The order status should be complete.

Q. How can I get license key for my development website?
A. Please login to your account and Go to My account section > From the left menu select Generate Dev License key > Enter the Dev site url and select the extension from the dropdown and click on generate to get the license key

Q.Can you provide a key that works for our development (NOT PRODUCTION) environment which will work on a dynamic URL, for example, 12334.gitpod.com and 4567.gitpod.com?
A. Unfortunately it is not possible to generate license keys based on the dynamic URLs. License keys need to be generated per domain or subdomain whether it is production or non-production.
Q. How can I manually uninstall your module?
A. Please follow the below steps -:

Step 1: Navigate to our store and login to your account. Then go to the My Account Section, on the left menu click on Composer Instructions.

Step 2: Next, run the config commands shown on the top of the page then click on the extension that you want to install. A composer require command will be revealed in the dropdown menu. Run the command then clear caches to complete the installation. Composer instructions
Q. Do you support SPA (Single Page Application) / PWA (Progressive Web Application) / AMP ?
